We cross the Namanga border town on the border with Tanzania, a semi-desert landscape leading to the Amboseli National Park. Once checked in at a lodge and after having lunch there will be an afternoon safari drive. Amboseli is a huge volcanic plateau, dominated by the majestic peaks of the snowy peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro, a few meters from the border between Kenya and Tanzania. Thanks to groundwater from the Kilimanjaro, a spring crop surrounded by green meadows, along with water, mountains and grasslands of the park-form a wonderful habitat for lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, cheetahs and buffalo. It is also a wonderful place for photography. One of the most sought photographs in Kenya is precisely what you will find in this area, that is, a portrait of a herd of elephants with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background in the hours around sunset. Later, we return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
